Yosemite Sam, known as Samuel Michelangelo Rosenbaum, is one of the main antagonists and one of the main protagonists in Looney Tunes franchise. He's one of the archenemies of Bugs Bunny.
Additionally, he's one of the supporting protagonists in Space Jam, Space Jam: A New Legacy, and Looney Tunes: Blam-a-Rooney.
