Xenovia Quarta

Xenovia Quarta is one of the antagonists-turned-one of the female protagonists and the anti-heroine of High School DxD.

Appearance[]

Xenovia is a young woman with chin-length blue hair, a dyed green fringe on the right side and yellow eyes. Her body measurements are [B87-W58-H88 cm] [B34 -W23-H35 in] and her weight is [56 kg] [123 lbs]. Xenovia's height is 166 cm (5 feet 5 inches).

Her battle attire is her Church battle suit, consisting of a skintight black short-sleeved leotard with pauldrons, fingerless gloves that extend up to her biceps, and thigh-high boots adorned with straps. She is worn under a white hooded cloak with gold and blue accents. She also wears a cross around her neck, but her cross was removed after she became a demon.

After she joins Issei's peerage, and during her rating games, Xenovia wears a uniform consisting of a red button top, white tie, and red shorts. She also wears a cloak around her black waist and a purple cloak over her left shoulder.

When she transfers to Kuoh Academy and joins the Occult Research Club, she wears the Kuoh Academy's female uniform, but without a cloak.

Personality[]

When Xenovia is first introduced, she is shown to have a calm, quiet and serious demeanor, putting her mission first and speaking only when necessary. She was also extremely cruel and ruthless, calling Asia a witch and even trying to kill her since she turned into a demon. She later threatens to do the same when Kiba was technically a feral. However, after she is reborn as a demon, she is touched by Asia's kindness and apologizes for calling her a witch when they first met, and she becomes very close to Asia.

In her combat, Xenovia seems a bit arrogant and stubborn, and is reluctant to use her head in trying to overwhelm her enemies with her sheer power and strength instead of her subtlety and skill. Almost none. Issei says that even though she is a knight, her fighting style is comparable to Luke's, and he describes her as "a fool with her power.'' Since Xenovia was raised in the church, she lacks general knowledge about normal people's lives, as evidenced by the fact that she brought a box of condoms to school, and she is a strong child. Wanting to give birth, she chose Issei as her mate.

As her series progresses, Xenovia is shown to have genuine romantic feelings for Issei, as she defended her companions even when she was injured. As a result, she becomes more aggressive in seducing him, which proves that Xenovia is also quite the pervert, which is the fact that she is "cool".

While she is a faithful member of the church, her beliefs are flexible and she is able to accept help from the dragon, including receiving free lunch and wanting to not only accomplish her mission but also survive afterwards. At first, Xenovia had a harsh attitude about issues such as Asia, a former nun who was called a witch in order to cure demons, but later she deeply sympathized with Masaomi, who was unable to be with Cleria, and she became more tolerant of their own beliefs. In contrast to her serious personality, she shed tears for him even in battle, and even after Rizevim killed him, she still hugged him.

History[]

She has been training and studying about God and religion from an early age. She was also raised and trained as a Durandal user under Griselda Quarta, a sword master and her legal guardian. Eventually, she becomes an exorcist, an agent of the Catholic Church, and partners with Irina Shidou.

Three years before the series, Xenovia and Irina were on a mission to exterminate vampires who had strayed from the House of Manthar. She chose to cut her hair. It will happen again. She also dyed some of her hair green for her fashion.
