Tsuyoshi Nagumo is one of the supporting characters in Yakuza 6 and a cameo character in Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth.
Appearance[]
Nagumo is of average height and has a sturdy physique. He has short undercut hair and a prominent mole on his left cheek. Nagumo is wearing a blue shirt with a floral pattern, beige plaid pants, a maroon belly warmer, and white shoes. During the trip to Kamurocho with Kiryu, he wears a bright blue floral button-up shirt, a black striped suit jacket over it, striped suit pants, black shoes, and a gold chain.
Personality[]
Nagumo appears to be a person with a bad temper, as he often conflicts with Kiryu over seemingly trivial reasons and over-disciplines his subordinates. He also tends to be carried away by his emotions and often commits reckless acts, such as challenging the main family over collected money or revealing his disguise during a raid. This creates the impression that he is not very intelligent or methodical.
But there's more to Nagumo than meets the eye. He considers the Hirose group to be his family, his subordinates to be his brothers, and Hirose himself to be his father. As a result, he is willing to put himself at risk to protect them, demonstrating a strong sense of loyalty. Nagumo is also able to let bygones be bygones, and after reconciling with Kiryu, they quickly become a staunch ally and close friend. He is caring and works with others to protect Haruka's identity from outsiders.
Nagumo shows unrequited love for Kiyomi, but the reason for this is largely unknown until it is directly pointed out.
