Tokiko Fuuma is one of the major character in Kaiju World War movies and the main protagonist of Taimanin Asagi Battle Arena and appears repeatedly in the online game. Additionally, she's the supporting protagonist and the deuteragonist of Taimanin RPGX & Action Taimanin.
She is the Taimanin of the Fuuma clan. She is the daughter of Danjo Fuuma, and she is Kotaro's half-sister. Tokiko is her clan's stewardess and second-in-command, but she is always loyal to Kotaro.
Appearance[]
She has short black hair and turquoise eyes. She wears black combat uniform with yellow patterns. In her youth, she wore a white combat uniform with a black skirt and blue patterns.
Later, in her late teens, Tokiko started wearing blue and purple clothes and added a small cloak.
Personality[]
Tokiko is a polite young woman who is loyal to Kotaro through good times and bad. Although she is hardworking and very friendly, she can be demanding at times so that Kotaro doesn't get lazy. Tokiko constantly monitors the Fuuma clan and the Fuuma Organization, and is an expert when it comes to gathering information and raising funds.
As her second-in-command, she somewhat counters Kotaro's more sinister tendencies and sometimes encourages him as his older sister. Tokiko is also polite to her enemies and she is liked by most of them, although she sometimes deceives people in order to get what she wants or help Kotaro. When they were young, she called him "young master''. But when they grew up, she also called him "my lord''.
After her rescue incident at TABA, she forcefully demands that Kotaro treats her really rough in bed and uses her as his "sex pig". In this version, she refuses such contact until she thinks Kotaro has gotten her, and she has always loved Kotaro.
Tokiko is easily jealous of Kotaro, and she looks at him more harshly than Kunai. Her jealousy also manifests itself in the person who wants to take over her position as butler.
History[]
The Taimanin of the Fuuma clan was born in 2058 to Danjo's mistress, she is his oldest known child. Tokiko has several half-siblings, including Kotaro Fuuma, Ginrei Fuuma, and Gaiza Nisha.
Immediately after Tokiko was born, she became a member of the main family of butlers who served the Fuma family for generations in the Fuuma Village. Although Danjo himself never treated her as his daughter, he recognized her value as a ninja, and her mother was later sold into slavery by Danjo, and her fate is unknown.
Tokiko was trained under major butlers such as Saiga Fuuma, who oversaw most of the Fuuma clan's finances and operations directly under Danjo, the clan's head. Tokiko also considered her accomplishments early on, and she was on her way to becoming the next butler. Tokiko is praised as the strongest kunai user of the Fuuma family, and her close combat ability is rated as the best of the Fuuma family. Unlike Kotaro, she was able to use the Fuuma family's signature ability, the Evil Eye, early in her life, but was best in her support or covert operations. Young Tokiko was so talented that she was often sent on dangerous missions or ignored by her clan, but she was always considered expendable. Giving so much power to her child was considered unusual and was looked down upon by the conservative part of the family, but it was tolerated thanks to the meritocracy system that Danjo followed.
From this time on, Tokiko has had a certain amount of power within the Fuuma clan, and as her future "butler," she holds the second most powerful position within the clan after the clan chief. She interacted with and had some authority over many members of the Fuuma clan, including Gisuke Fuuma, Sago Bungo, and Amane Fuuma. Although she was often thought to be a loudmouth, and she had some friction with the free-spirited Amane and the ruthless Bungo, she was still respected by the talented people.
Tokiko was officially appointed as Kotaro's guardian, the theoretical successor to the Fuuma clan in the event of Danjo's death. Due to Kotaro's strong hostility towards her father, the two became friends, but unlike the others, Kotaro saw her Tokiko as her family rather than her tool. For the first time, Tokiko was respected and loved, and she swore that she would protect Kotaro no matter what path he chose. In 2068, a Fuuma rebellion led by Danjo broke out, but young Tokiko did not participate in it and protected Kotaro from the battle.
Even after Danjo's defeat and the victory at Goshamura, which could have ended with Danjo fleeing or dying, Tokiko remained by Kotaro's side despite Danjo's supporters wanting her to join. Tokiko and Kotaro remained in Gosha for a while, with Kotaro attending Gosha Academy and becoming friends with people like Inori Isozaki and remaining members of the clan like Shisui Amemiya. Tokiko herself also takes over the role of butler of Kotaro's divided Fuuma clan, and depending on her timeline, she either sees her and Kotaro work on rebuilding the clan alone or enlists the help of other remaining clan members.
She and Kotaro weren't always the best, as they split up as part of the Fuuma clan and joined the UFS. During her youth and adulthood, around 2076, Tokiko changed her clothing to be more revealing. This was what she later called a bit of a rebellious period, and some people still made fun of her years later.
During that time, she gained experience by taking on missions at Gosha, fighting alongside Onmyoji, Reika Shiki. She was close to Reika's age when she was in the Ground Self-Defense Force. Tokiko and her become close friends, and their friendship ends up maintaining Tokiko's loyalty depending on the timeline. During some missions, she may have befriended Meiya Ultauna and Rosie Mochimoi when she investigated a destroyed research base and saved their lives.
Before 2082, Tokiko was trying to become a teacher at Gosha, but she ultimately relied on Kotaro.
Abilities[]
Main Weapon: Kunai
- Ninja Ability: "Evil Eye", "Clairvoyance" allows him to separate his vision from his body and send it anywhere he wants, basically allowing him to sneak into any place. This is a form of astral projection, even if you don't realize it. The flying orbs sometimes seen around her may be her eyes' visualization of out-of-body vision. When her ability is activated, she can read the information contained in books, computers, etc. simply by touching them with her eyes. She needs to know her book writing style and data to understand it, and her hacking abilities are not as good as those of more specialized experts.
- Gravity View: Allows you to see the center of gravity and other aspects of attacks and objects, and block them if observed. Her mid-air jumps seen in Action Taimanin may also be related to this. This also allows her to move flying kunai in a physics-defying manner. She can also see the vision of multiple attackers
- Illusion Guardian: She casts a large illusion her guardian that covers the target with fire. This effect can shock the target, but it is not real and most skilled enemies can be healed.
- Particle Control: Taimanin can manipulate Taimani particles to enhance their physical strength, speed, and defense. Particles are also used to counter demonic influence and enhance damage to demons.
