He is a Thugish Father of Akki who was a Crime of Jessie and dislikes the race for those who takes down His Own Tribes by the Team Corruptions. Mr. Thorn is also an Enforcive Rival of the Poor, Emo and Crybaby, David who affiliates and joins Lolita Loli.
He is also voiced by the Japanese Voice Actor, Atsushi Ōnō who is also known as Kaoru Gojo from My Dress Darling.
