Slinkman is the assistant and right-hand man scoutmaster to Scoutmaster Lumpus and one of the main characters of Camp Lazlo. He was voiced by Tom Kenny, who also voiced SpongeBob SquarePants and Gary the Snail, James "Jimmy Nixon McGarfield, Chester and Common Cold in Codename: Kids Next Door (2002-2008), Eduardo in Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Ice King in Adventure Time, Baby Face and Plastic Man in Batman: The Brave and the Bold and the Mayor of Townsville in Power Puff Girls.

He is Scoutmaster Lumpus' assistant who assists him with his plans and is very submissive to him and is often mistreated by him, but sometimes he gets back at him for said mistreatment. He often says "yes sir" to Scoutmaster Lumpus' orders without question, but says it less and less as the series goes on. He is shown to be more smarter, friendlier, nicer, and more mature than his boss as he often takes greater responsibility and care for the scouts than Scoutmaster Lumpus does. He is also one of the people to get Scoutmaster Lumpus' name right, along with Raj (voiced by Jeff Bennett). He has been working for Camp Kidney for five years. He is often nice to the scouts, unlike his boss who is usually rude and nasty to them. It becomes more apparent that he runs Camp Kidney, since Scoutmaster Lumpus is usually lazy all the time.
