Sakuya Tachibana is one of the tritagonists of Kamen Rider Blade and one of the major protagonists/characters of Kamen Rider Outsiders, he was the second person chosen by BOARD to use Rider System-01, later to become Kamen Rider Garren, after the first user, Go Kiryu, was deemed too incompatible. Tachibana fears that his DNA will be eroded if he continues to use the system, so he attacks Kei Karasuma, releasing the undead and seemingly betraying BOARD.
