Ronalda "Ronnie" Anne Santiago is a major character of Nickelodeon's The Loud House franchise, specifically serving as the main protagonist of The Casagrandes. She is Bobby's younger sister and Lincoln's second best friend.
She was voiced by Breanna Yde in first season to third season and currently Izabella Alvarez.
Biography[]
The Loud House[]
Ronnie Anne used to live in Royal Woods and attends Royal Woods Elementary School just as Lincoln and his younger sisters did (except Lily). While Ronnie Anne befriends Lincoln, she bullies him on occasions throughout the first season to third season, but mostly the two gets along.
As of the second season, Ronnie Anne, Bobby, and their mother, Maria, now moved out to Great Lakes City to live with their relatives, the Casagrandes, which it means they can visit Lincoln and his family at Royal Woods once in a while. In the third season episode "City Slickers", she meets her friends, Nikki, Sameer and Casey, but later Ronnie Anne confesses them that she previously lived in Royal Woods.
For the rest of the series and as of the fourth season, Ronnie Anne is no longer bullying Lincoln on occasions. She is now become more kinder and nicer to Lincoln and everyone, but sometimes she likes to pull pranks on someone (particularly Lincoln). Ronnie Anne also befriends Sid which she and her family moved out to the Casagrande apartment and become neighbors of the Casagrande family.
The Casagrandes[]
In the spin-off series, Ronnie Anne and her second best friend, Sid, cheers up Adelaide to get her a new frog, Froggy 2, in "Croaked" which her previous frog was passed away and in "Operation Dad" that she and her family convince Arturo to move out to the Great Lakes City. Ronnie Anne attends Cesar Chavez Academy School where she is assigned to Ms. Galiano's class with her friends. In "Team Effort", Ronnie Anne and her friends create the skateboarding team, but she successfully trains Sid how to skateboarding and hires Laird to join her team.
In the second season, Ronnie Anne and Bobby work together to save Christmas by fixing everyone’s problems in "A Very Casagrandes Christmas", but the two also manages to free their father, Arturo, who gets trapped in the Hi 'n' Buy. In "I, Breakfast Bot", she and her three cousins saves Sid from a brainwashed Breakfast Bot (Dennis) and his machines. Ronnie Anne and her friends battle against the dodgeball team in "Throwing Pains" who keeping the gym for themselves, followed by in Strife Coach where she and her friends get Mrs. Kernicky hired to become a new gym teacher since Coach Crawford is retired.
In the third season, Ronnie Anne and Bobby attempts to get their parents, Maria and Arturo, back together in "Date with Destiny", but she and Bobby realizes that their parents are still love each other which Ernesto's fortune doesn't come true. Ronnie Anne is afraid of skateboarding at once in "Skatey Cat" after she had an accident, but later she finally faces her fear and save her friends from their bubbles. She and Bobby work together to expose Beto's evil nature in "Alpaca Lies", followed by in "Flock This Way" where she, her brother and cousins save Sergio from David.
The Casagrande Movie[]
Ronnie Anne becomes 12-year-old and has plans for her birthday to go with Sid to Xtreme Eddie's, but her plans ruined when she ends up going with her family to Mexico for a whole summer. Ronnie Anne later decides to go to Mount Punguari and stakeboarding with Sid in video chat, but she accidentally releasing Punguari and meets a young girl, Shara. She and Shara went to a museum and search for the Mask of Many Faces, but she gets trapped in the artifact room by Punguari, which the rest of the Casagrandes decide to rescue Ronnie Anne after they found her through a magical mirror.
After Ronnie Anne is rescued, she discovers a scroll that Punguari's reckless actions can unleash Ucumu into the world. She decides to warn Punguari at her palace and told her that her story is wrong, even Punguari’s parents sacrificed themselves to save everyone from Ucumu. When Maria is in danger, Ronnie Anne and Punguari quickly saves her from the crack. When Ucumu rised from the cracks, she, Punguari and the rest of the Casagrandes work together to get rid of him and save Mexico. After Mexico is saved from Ucumu, Ronnie Anne apologize to her mother for defying her and thinking about herself which she supposed to care about their vacation. She finally spends time with her family at the Festival of the New Fire.
Personality[]
Ronnie Anne is a tomboyish and tough girl who bullies Lincoln on occasion throughout the first three seasons, but she also eventually becomes Lincoln's best friend. As of the fourth season, she becomes a kind, friendly, compassionate and forgiving person who being nice to everyone and create plans, just like Lincoln did.
Appearance[]
Ronnie Anne is a girl who has dark tan skin, black hair worn in a low ponytail, freckles on her cheeks and two buck teeth. She wears a purple hooded jacket, dark blue jean shorts, a white tank top underneath and dark purple flat shoes with light pink socks worn high. Her pajama consists of a light purple shirt and dark purple pants with white socks.
Trivia[]
- Ronnie Anne appears as an unseen character in the episode "Heavy Meddle" until in "Save The Date" as she made a physical appearance.
