Rio Kuroki, formerly known as Julio, is a supporting character in KiraKira☆Pretty Cure A La Mode, he's a enigmatic boy with a cane, he controlled Gummy and other burglars with a magic belt, and once fused them all into one monster to fight Cures. He seems to want Kirakiraru's full power, his original form is a fairy named Pikario.
Personality[]
Rio/Pikario originally had a fairy-like personality, passionate, fun, and ambitious, just like her twin sister. However, what makes him different from his sister is his lack of self-confidence, which leads to deep despair at not being able to keep up with his learning progress, and is directly related to being sidetracked by Noir.
As a villain, he had become a hostile cynic who abandoned his ambitions. Not only is he callous towards innocent people, he is also vengeful towards his sister, who criticized and ignored him, and initially rejects even the idea of forgiving her sister after being cleansed. However, Picario is desperate to be cherished by her sister and still takes care of her, making waffles for her sister in good faith and sacrificing himself to become critically ill. Help her sister free herself from self-doubt by protecting her sister from Noir's attacks, Rio/Pikario was injured.
After returning to normal, he is happier after he willingly apologizes for his misdeeds, reconciles with Ciel/Kirarin, and is accepted by the townspeople again, although he does like outward affection from her. It doesn't seem like it and he'll feel a little embarrassed by them.
