Raphael Oriana is the posthumous character of The Eminence in Shadow, he was the king of Oriana Kingdom. He was been possessed by the Cult of Diablos and became their puppet until he was euthanized by Rose. After his death, it was revealed that he left behind important information that helped expose the Cult of Diablos and their conspirators in the country.

Raphael shows himself to be a wise and righteous king who does what is right and stands against evil, as he refuses to hand over his daughter Rose to the Diablos cult and chooses to stand against them by any means possible. Raphael could definitely protect his daughter.
In the end, Raphael ends up becoming a puppet of the Cult, but his plans to save his daughter and expose the plans of the cult and his collaborators are not all in vain, even if it costs him his life. That's what he was hoping for from the depths of his heart.
Even after his death, Rafael got what he wanted when he still had one trump card left as a final trick to the cult. This ultimately happens when Rose puts on her "Ring of Inheritance" and activates the recordings within her ring, exposing the Cult. The crime and his collaborator, Perv Asshat, the man who brainwashed Raphael into becoming a puppet.
