Ragatha's appearance resembles a living rag doll, with red woolly hair, a reddish-orange flat triangular nose, and a single purple button eye. She wears a long blue dress with dark blue patches sewn on. She is wearing a white undershirt and has a ribbon in her hair to match her dress.
