Ouka Ootori is one of the deuteragonists of Anti-Magic Academy: The 35th Test Platoon, she was a genius and a former candidate for Dullahan, she was demoted and assigned to the 35th Test Platoon. Although she is skilled in almost all aspects of combat, she has a solitary personality and dislikes cooperating with her team. Having her foster family killed by her witch, she develops a hatred for everything related to magic and soon comes into conflict with Mari. However, this will subside as Ouka get used to each other. She has a temporary contract with Relic Eater Vlad, who takes the form of two pistols. Although she is now Sougetsu Otori's adopted daughter, she hates him and questions everything he does. Although she is slow to believe others, she does not believe in accusing people unless all the evidence is properly presented.
