He is an Enemy of Vampire, Archenemy of late Ritchie, and Nemesis of Gacha Salt. He is based as a late Feudal Leager, Nobunaga Oda with His Same Name.
He is also voiced by the Japanese Voice Actor, Taketōra who is also known as Akuma from Street Fighter. In Dub titles, He is also voiced by the English Voice Actor, David Lodge who also voices Kaztano from Durarara.
