Maxi is One of the Supporting Protagonist from the Soul Calibur Series. He is the (Former) Captain of an Unnamed Pirate Vessel who is skilled in the Art of Nunchaku. First appearing in Soul Calibur, He has appeared in Every Game since then.
Maxi is a Major Character in the SoulCalibur Franchise and serves as One of the Original Soul Calibur. He is a Pirate whose Crew was attacked and slaughtered by the Golem, Astaroth. As a Result, He decides to travels with Kilik that He befriends in orders to avenges His Crew.
He is voiced by Doug Boyd in Soul Calibur II, and by Steve Van Worner from Soul Calibur III onwards.
Personalities[]
Initially, Maxi was a Well-Meaning and Jovial. But also Arrogant and Ambitious Pirate. In Battles, He often uses Sarcastic Remarks against His Opponents, but nonetheless is Honest in revealing what They needs to improves on if They loses against Him.
After being healed and embedded with a Shard of Soul Edge, Maxi starts to becomes Somewhat Insane and Vengeful. This Personality however fades away after learning to coop withit in SoulCalibur V, and He begins returning to His Jovial Self once more.
Weaknesses[]
- Slightly Overconfident, He loses Health each Time He attacks with Vajra.
