Lumiere is a talking candelabra with a French accent and a secondary character in Beauty and the Beast and its midquels. Lumiere is the maitre d' and footman under Prince Adam and was turned into a candelabra when the Beast was cruel to an enchantress in disguise. He is The Beast's best friend along with Belle.
