Lucy Loud is one of the ten deuteragonists of The Loud House franchise. She is the oldest sister of Lincoln's five younger sisters and the fifth youngest of the Loud siblings.
She is voiced by Jessica DiCicco, who also voices Lynn in the same series. In the live-action series, she was portrayed by Aubin Bradley.
Biography and Personality[]
Lucy is a cynical, deadpan and mysterious goth 8-year-old (later 9-year-old) girl who interested in things are dark and spooky. She has an uncanny ability to teleport which often scares her siblings (mainly Lincoln) and mostly uses her words to describe her actions, even saying the word "Sigh" instead of actual sighing. Due to her gloomy and miserable personal, she feels left out that nobody listens to her and everyone thinks she is weird. Lucy loves to watch her favorite television show, The Vampires of Melancholia, and has her statue, Edwin, which she doesn't want anyone to touch or break it. As of the second season, she becomes a member of the Morticians Club.
In several occasions, Lucy is shown to be happy as she squeals and giggles in "Heavy Meddle", along with her sisters where they learning of Lincoln's romantic situation. In some other episodes, she can be seen smiling from a time, like in "It's a Loud, Loud, Loud, Loud, House" where she is joyfully celebrating the money which she and her siblings found, and in "In Tents Debate" where she happily gets the option to go to "Aloha Beach". She is also shown to be compassionate and always shows her appreciation for Lincoln's kindness. As of the fifth season, she becomes a fourth grader at Royal Woods Elementary School.
Appearance[]
Lucy has pallied skin and long black hair with blue highlights covers her eyes. While dressing in black and white, she wears long striped arm sleeves and stockings, a black dress worn over a striped shirt and black shoes.
Trivia[]
- She shares the same first name with Lucy Van Pelt from Peanuts. Both make a funny nod to the episode "The Loudest Yard" as when she helps Lincoln training for football, Lucy yanks the football away right before Lincoln attempts to kick it, which it's similarly to Lucy Van Pelt's usually doing this to Charlie Brown.
- In "One of the Boys", her mirror world counterpart is named Lars and looks similar, except his hair is shorter and he wears grey jeans which Lucy doesn't have.
