Lela is a major character of Netflix/Nickelodeon's 35th non-theatrical feature film The Loud House Movie. She is a royal dragon of Loch Loud with ultimate authority in choosing who is worthy to become the Duke of Loch Loud.
She is voiced by an uncredited Jan Johns.

Past[]
Before the events of the movie, Lela has an ancestor named Lolo, the original dragon of the real Loch family who laid eggs when the Louds came to the castle, but the current generation is unknown.
400 years ago, Lolo is mind-controlled against her will by Aggie who successfully driving away the Duke and his family by making them leave Loch Loud forever. After the tragic incident, Lela was born in the egg after Lolo has passed away.
Present[]
400 years later, the Louds arrived at Scotland to stay for a week as their vacation so they can meet their ancestors. Angus shows Lana, Lily and Lynn why dragons celebrating in Loch Loud and takes them into a dragon's cave where the egg was already hatched. The baby dragon envelopes Angus in a fight cloud and then shows its affection to Angus while the three Louds are awestruck by its cuteness. Lily chooses a name for the dragon "Lela".
In the castle, the other Louds are also awestruck by Lela's cuteness and Lisa is surprised by Lela's existence. At dinner, Lily feeds Lela some breakfast burritos, causing her to grow and becomes a fully-grown dragon.
Later, Morag decides to trick Lincoln into becoming her friend by having him ride Lela into town in an act. However, this dragon ride takes on a dark side when Morag controls Lela's mind with the mystical Dragon Stone, causing Lincoln's ride to the town. After the chaos, Lela feels sorry for Lincoln after she is freed from the control.
With the Louds leaving Loch Lond, Morag enters the cave to feed Lela some more food, causing her to complete her grown adult. As Morag was illegally crowned as the Duchess and her true nature was exposed by Angus, Morag controls a fully-grown Lela to attack everyone by making them evacuate Loch Loud. As the Loud kids return, Morag rides on Lela by attempting to stop them, but falls into many antics so Lincoln can jump onto Lela and destroy the Dragon Stone to free Lela from Morag's control.
In the courtyard of the castle, Morag is about to kill Angus and the rest of the Louds as Lincoln steps forward to distract her into being chased with the crown. As Lily appears to help Lincoln uses his magic trick to disappear the gem for a burrito it's actually Lily's doing, freeing the dragon and allowing her to burn the gem. Lela then saves Lincoln, Lily and Morag from falling off the cliff. After Lincoln and Lily were safely reunited by their family, Lela banishes Morag to the island filled with noisy seals as punishment for her evil actions.
In the post credit images, Lela has laid more eggs and eventually keep a rescued Morag in line.
