Keitoku (AKA Arbiter, simply Wolf Spirit) is the Main Extra Protagonist from Gacha League who made his debut in Anime Gacha as Wolf Spirit Keito, and as how it says in Gacha World, Wolf Keito said that he is a different versionof Keito, 3 years older than him, and he's from another universe that wasn't created by Creator Luni, while it's known by people that she is the creator of the Gacha World.
Keito also has a Fire unit version of Himself in Anime Gacha, named Keitoku Senpai, appeared in the School Festival Case, as a 3-Star. He also appears in His Ongoing Lunime Games just like Gacha Resort who is a Dark Unit and Anime Fidget Spinner back as a 5-Star Unit as Arbiter and 6-Star Unit as the Wolf Spirit. He was created by Reinfield.
He is a Fiancee of Nyxeria Luiselle, Adoptive Father of Pyromaniac Xiao who loses Her Family Members and is One of the Overpowered Heroes in Lunime the Others was DJ Lyte and Gacha Summoner. Keitoku is also an All times Archenemy and Heroic Counterpart of Kilios.
He is also voiced by the Japanese Voice Actor, Makōtō Furukawa who is also known as Saitama from One Punch Man. In Dub titles, He is also voiced by the English Voice Actor, Austin Tindle who also voices Kenji Kazama from D-Frag.

Keitoku is a Well Toned Guy with Black Wild Short Hair and Green Eyes. He wears a Black Shirt, Gloves, Pants and Shoes with Green Tie and Belt. As a Fire Unit, He wears the Same Clothes as Black and Red Cotume.

He is Strong-Willed, Selfless and Wrathful. He is a Freedom Warrior who protects and defends Innocent People causes by Sol and Team Corruptions in orders to saves the World from the Universe as of the Content of All the Lunime Warriors to ensures Their Courage.
Keito also cares about His Family and His Friends when He keeps Kilios under Control against His Disciplines. He also meet a Light Space Pirate, Aysel who fights and attacks Him for causing a lots of Crimes before He got kidnapped by Him when the Kilios Arc starts.
