Katherine Mulligan is the recurring character of the Nickelodeon television series, The Loud House. She is Royal Woods' residential news reporter.
She was both voiced and portrayed by Catherine Taber who also voices Girl Jordan in the same name.
Biography and Personality[]
Katherine is simply a nice guy and the news reporter who usually on the hunt for information and any news that she can broadcast. She interviews people about their situations.
In "Out on a Limo", Katherine wants to interview Lincoln for riding in his limo, but he doesn't know how to answer that due to him win the limo for a day in a mustard jar contest. She later reports about his downfall after Lincoln loses the limo where he reveals that he is just a kid who eat a bunch of mustard.
In "Family Bonding", Katherine appears on TV congratulating Lincoln and Clyde for interfering with the Milliers' evil plans while mentioning that the authorities haven't found them yet.
Katherine takes part in plans to stop Joyce from flooding Royal Woods to build the sixth lake for Michigan in "Save Royal Woods" where her exposure caused the Over-Secretary of Water Leisure to fire Joyce for her actions.
Despite this, Katherine is shown to be sympathy in "Scoop Snoop" where she convinces Ramirez not to shut down the Action News Team. She later apologize to Lincoln and his friends for scooping their news leads and donate some equipment for them to make up for that.
In "Snow News Day", Katherine reports on the Action News Team's discovery of the Abominable Snowman. Later when Liam reveals the truth about Roxanne, she forgives the gang on everyone's behalf.

Katherine is a woman who has long dark brown hair tied into a ponytail, a yellow headband and white pearl earrings. She wears a yellow coat and matching skirt, a white shirt with a black necktie and yellow cufflinks and black high heeled shoes.
