Kamen Rider Touki is one of the titular characters in the Kamen Rider Hibiki movie Kamen Rider Hibiki And The 7 Senki. Touki abandoned his real name and became an Oni under the name Touki, he resembles the current Kamen Rider Zanki.

History[]

He is a Buddhist monk who spends his days praying at a local temple until Asumu and his group run into him. Ibuki reveals that the monk was called Touki and practiced Buddhism before becoming a demon, but Kabuki mocked the concept of Buddhism. He threw a large boulder at the monk, but was stopped in the air and sent back to Kabuki, who fell backwards. With practice, it's easy. Then he said it was time to go and asked where Kabuki was going. Touki hears Buddha's voice and says it's time for battle, to which he replies that he is offering Makamou a girl.

A child and a princess asked for a sacrifice. Douji and Hime flew to the altar and took apart the basket, but when they took off the sacrificial shroud, they were shocked to discover that it was Ibuki. Douji and Hime helped him transform into his demon form. Kabuki and Touki rushed to his side and told Makamou that they would defeat them. He transformed into a demon and approached Doji and Hime. Makamou becomes enraged and uses its power to cause an explosion around the demon. In the end, Touki used his blizzard technique to force Douji and Hime to retreat. Instead of phased, sent them a blast of fire and undone their transformation.

Thinking they might have a chance to defeat Orochi, Kabuki and Ibuki asked Asumu and the women to take them to the village. However, the plan fell through as Orochi's strength easily overwhelmed the three demons.

Asumu talked about how he underestimated Orochi, following Kabuki, Touki and Ibuki. Kabuki stopped and asked if it was really okay to leave the villagers to Makamou. Touki says it can't be helped because he lacks strength. Suddenly Kirameki flew on a kite and thanked me for waiting. He was intent on defeating some Makamou, but Ibuki told him they had already lost it. He said it would work out with him there and we should try again. Kabuki agreed, but Touki objected because Kirameki was a coward. The priest tells him how he once fought with him against Ittanmomen, and Kirameki ran away during the fight. Kabuki got fed up with their fights and said that was enough. Kirameki agreed and said they should get more members. He exclaimed that it was time for Kabuki to fight again.

Asumu follows Kabuki, Ibuki, Touki, and Kirameki to Nagoya, where he accidentally bumps into a ronin who angrily abandoned him. A woman who tried to confront Asumu was also beaten. She said she would skin Asumu, then she was doused with water and Asumu had a bucket placed on her head. A strange man challenges the ronin and easily defeats them. He disappeared before Asumu got the bucket for his head, and the woman returned to see if he was okay.

He lost sight of the demon and returned home defeated. Asumu rushes into the apartment and is happy to see Nishiki, Hatabaki, and Todoroki back. The village leaders continued their protests, but stopped when Kabuki, Kirameki, and Touki glared at them. The night turned it on, seven demons were sitting in the community house. The villagers yelled at them to come out after breaking down the door. Tobee tries to stop the villagers, yelling at them for what they have done. Asumu and Hinako watched the house burn down.

The next morning, the house was burnt down and the villagers armed themselves against the ogre. Kabuki demanded to know why they intended by burning them alive. Tobee stood between them and said that it was the murderer who started the fire and demanded that the villagers know what they meant. They also found a weapon at the scene and threw the Ongekitriangle to the ground. Nishiki said someone stole his weapon, so Asumu asked what was going on. Nishiki stole, but he never killed. The villagers called him a liar and said he was an enemy of humans, just like Makamou. Other villagers began attacking the demon. The villagers started throwing stones at them telling them to leave. Hinako and Tobee tried to stop the villagers, but Kirameki and Touki were fed up and intended to punish them. The three are stopped by other demons, and Kabuki reminds them that they are not allowed to hurt humans. The seven demons transformed and began attacking each other. Asumu tried to tell him to stop fighting, but he didn't listen. Suddenly Hibiki came on horseback and rode straight into the fight, blocking everyone. Hibiki looked at the boy and greeted Asumu. Kazue suddenly ran over and told Asumu that Hitoe's condition was deteriorating.

The demon group then disbands to go their own ways, but before they can do so, Todoroki returns Hibiki's tuning fork and Disc Animals to him. Appearing with the demon, Nishiki and Touki also came running. Time for battle. Afterwards, Todoroki and Ibuki arrived and formed a circle around Hitoe as they formed a circle together. Said it was, Makamou charged in, and an all-out battle ensued. One after another, the demons defeated the ninja Makamou, so Douji and Hime faced the demons one-on-one. Hime confronted Touki and attacked the demon with superior speed.

Hibiki told Asumu to run away and suddenly met her young lady. Asumu watched as the lady transformed into Makamou and Hitotsumi and fought against Hibiki. Hitomi suddenly disappeared, but a giant version of his arm appeared and took Hibiki away. The six demons went to rescue Hibiki and together they were able to defeat Hitomi. Oni was lined up on the beach when Makamou was destroyed. When the Disk Animal grabbed Orochi, Hibiki brandished Takeshi's blade and jumped on Makamou, but he was knocked over and his blade flew into the water. When Orochi started shooting fireballs at them, the other Oni came to his side.
