Itasis is a supporting antagonist turned anti-heroine in Power Rangers Mystic Force, she's the second female after Serpentina and a supporter of the Ruler of Darkness and will abide by those rules in any case. She told the Rangers that she was different from the other Terrors because she was more interested in wisdom than power. This makes her the most knowledgeable of them all, the seventh Terror to "fight" the Mystic Force Rangers, and to be "battled" in the first part of the episode 31 and 32.

In the episode 24, after Necrolai discovers the Terrors after the Master is defeated again, Itassis is the only one of them who goes out of his way to treat her kindly, as she is the Master's ally. Necrolai asked the Terrors to help him conquer the world, and they agreed.
When the sky became dark, the Terrors arrived on the surface world and told the people of Briarwood to give them light. That light is actually Nick Russell, the Red Ranger and leader of the Mystic Rangers. When the Rangers tried to intervene, the Terrors easily defeated the Rangers' Manticore Megazord and left.
As the Rangers continually defeat the Terror, she is intellectually curious and wonders how weak beings can gain the power to defeat powerful beings like herself and other Terror over and over again.
In the episode 25, Itassis stopped Megahorn from destroying Daggeron because Megahorn broke the law. She asks why Daggeron saved him and she replies that it was because of the law.
In the episode 26, Itassis discovers that Serpentina disobeyed the rules of darkness by sending the Hekatoid to neutralize the Rangers' powers and weakening her team. But Itassis expresses her wrath at Serpentina for breaking the rules, and later informs both Red Ranger and Pink Ranger that the fight is fair.
In the two of the episodes, 28 & 29, Itassis met Hekatoid and told her that he had planned to capture Udonna and use her as his hostage. Itassis was also watching the Rangers' battle with Hekatoid.
In the penultimate episode 30, she ends up helping the Rangers find Matoombo and the Pink Ranger after they answer her simple question: "Why have the Rangers defeated each of the Terrors that attacked Earth?" After a while, they explained that their greatest weapons are courage and self-sacrifice, and that they follow this belief because it is in their nature.
In the the episode 31 & 32 as the finale episode, after the Master is freed, he orders Itassis to invade the surface world, but after a skirmish with the Rangers, she realizes that the Master is himself. She also changed her position.
However, after she declares that she will no longer serve evil, Black Lance and Sculpin destroy her. In the end, Necrolai brings her back to life and ultimately defeats Sculpin.
She declares to the Master that "this puppet has cut the strings," and she manages to weaken him into retreating. She also witnesses the destruction of the Master by the Rangers.
She then becomes cheerful and tells Daggeron that she wants to learn more about her courage.
