Isamichi Konjo is the anti-hero-turned-main deuteragonist of Rider Time Shinobi special, he is the president of Konjo Company, who transforms into Kamen Rider Hattari. In Geats Extra: Kamen Rider Tycoon meets Kamen Rider Shinobi, he is revived from his death by Amakusa Shiro Tokisada and transforms into Hattari Yami, a monster that closely resembles Kamen Rider Hattari.

Isamichi is a man who will stop at nothing to achieve his goals, even if it means cheating. But that doesn't mean he doesn't feel guilty for what he did. He is actually a kind person who says he regrets interfering with Iroha's competition. He is also a somewhat dense character, as the villains are able to use his rivalry with Shinobi to trick him into working for them.
Isamichi initially considered Shinobi to be a hindrance to his love for Iroha. However, Isamichi is not smart enough to realize that Shinobi is actually Rentaro. A while back, after Rentaro had de-transformed, he had asked where Shinobi was, only to get a foul reply and go the other way.

Isamichi Konjo is Rentaro Kagura's childhood friend and the son of the president of the Konjo Company, a large company popular among ninjas. Konjo has a crush on Rentaro's younger sister, Iroha. However, she is distressed to hear that Kamen Rider Shinobi admires Kamen Rider Shinobi instead of herself. So he decides to defeat the purple Kamen Rider in order to win her heart.
