The Inazuma Shogunate, also simply called the Shogunate is a group of main antagonists-turned-a group of supporting characters in Genshin Impact, the Shogunate is the entity that rules over Inazuma. The Inazuma Shogunate is the Tri-Commission and it is a collection of three government agencies, each headed by a prominent clan and appointed by Raiden Shogun to enforce her will. The three committees that form this institution are Tenryou, the military arm of the Shogunate; Kanjou gets involved in Inazuma's business. Yashiro will be administered to the general public.
