Hotaru Rindō is one of the deuteragonists in Qualidea Code, she's the vice-chief of Kanagawa City and has unusually sharp eyes that allow her to easily read her enemy's movements, and further specializes in keeping an eye on Maihime Tenkawa.
Appearance[]
Hotaru has long black hair (cut by Maihime) tied with a white ribbon and her body is quite slim.
Personality[]
Hotaru is like a guardian to Maihime and calls her "Hime". She is calm and responsible. She has become very close with Maihime and panics when they are apart for long periods of time. Calm and collected, she only cares about Maihime.
