She wears a red dress, dark in the middle and light underneath. The dress has white frills on the bottom and a huge white handkerchief on top. It is decorated with similar aquamarine swirls resembling the kanji for "misfortunate".
Personality[]
Hina's personality is unknown, but according to people involved, she seems to have a friendly and sociable personality.
Abilities[]
Stockpiling Misfortune[]
Hina has the ability to store and manage unhappiness within herself. Misfortune can be collected and stockpiled in the surroundings by exorcising people. Misfortune around her has the power to bring misfortune to all humans and youkai, and brings misfortune to humans and youkai nearby. However, unhappiness is not stored in oneself, but unhappiness is always stored in the "surroundings", so oneself will never become unhappy.
The misfortunes she takes from humans are taken over by other gods. However, she bears no malice towards humans, merely accumulating misfortune as a way to prevent it from befalling others. The negative energy of misfortune is what gives Hina her power. It is an existence that accumulates, and in a sense, it can be said that it is the owner of good luck.
To store her misfortunes, she collects floating chicks into which humans put their misfortunes into the river. Perhaps her rotation, as her performance of amassing misfortune in barrage, refers to her ability to accumulate curses, which is why the kanji for "curse" is the same as the dress. Because it looks like a swirl pattern. Things like misfortune fly around the chicks, and you can see how they develop into a spiral barrage. She seems to be throwing it as an amulet-shaped bullet. Additionally, when she casts her spell card, a purplish-bluish mist can be seen swarming around her.
