Hector Rodrigo Casagrande Gutiérrez is a recurring character of The Loud House and one of the tritagonists in The Casagrandes. He is the maternal grandfather of Bobby and Ronnie Anne Santiago, the paternal grandfather of Carlota, CJ, Carlino, and Carlitos Casagrande, the father of Maria Santiago and Carlos Casagrande, and the husband of Rosa Casagrande.
He is voiced by Ruben Garfias.
Biography[]
Hector is a lazy old man who loves playing the guitar and farts a lot. However, he provides for the family by working at the mercado as his job to be the manager. He is actually finished school when he was a teenager to run the mercado for his life. Despite his kindness, he is woefully lacking about the knowledge department. Like Rosa, he makes sure that his family are safe from the neighborhood cats. Hector temporarily attends Cesar Chavez Academy school with Ronnie Anne and Carl in "Señor Class" where he becomes her classmate. In "The Big Chill", he and Ronnie Anne work together to modify raspado machine into an AC unit.
In the second season, Hector and his family work together to get rid of the haunted rooster, Alfredo, in "Bad Cluck" who haunting their apartment. In "A Very Casagrandes Christmas", He, his family and other neighbors save Ronnie Anne, Bobby and Arturo from the Hi 'n' Buy who gets snowed in. Hector dresses up as Commissioner Gordo in "Dynamic Do Over" as he attempts to convince Carl, followed by in "Taco the Town" where he starts selling tacos at the mercado.
Personality[]
Hector is a caring person who likes playing the guitar and keeping his mercado business safe. He is very impressed with Bobby learning how to run a store which he lets Bobby take over the mercado in his place. He is sometimes can be overprotective as he spy and keep track on his grandchildren.
Appearance[]
Hector is a short, round man with tan skin, black eyebrows, a thick, bushy gray mustache and gray hair at the sides of his head. He wears a tan shirt with an asparagus green jacket, that has patches on the elbows, olive green pants and black shoes.
