Eubulon, known as Karishian, also known as the Advent Master, is the supporting character of the TV series Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight. He's the creator of the Kamen Riders.
History[]
Background[]
He and General Xaviax were from the planet Karsh, where Xaviax was the leader of the Union Army and Eublon developed weapons for him in the war against the Confederate Army. Though the Union Army was victorious, Karsh was reduced to a wasteland and Eublon was asked to create a transport device to transport large numbers of people from other planets as slaves, starting with Ventara. Upon arrival, he fell ill and nearly died. He was taken in by a Ventaran family who helped him recover, but thanks to them he realized he couldn't enslave a peaceful planet. He quickly told Xaviax that he had no intention of taking on the Ventarans and that he must find another way to save Karsh. Unfortunately, Xaviax did not listen and assumed that Eublon had committed treason and decided to enslave Ventara himself. Eublon warned the Ventara leaders of what was about to happen and created Kamen Rider to stop Xaviax. Meanwhile, the Ventaras selected the 12 best to take over the role. Eublon also knows how to create his own V-buckle and change the DNA sequence of the Rider Deck to allow anyone to use it. He was in a draw with Xaviax and was eventually found in Roswell, New Mexico on Earth. He warned the Nomens of Xaviax's presence upon their arrival, but was severely injured and was unable to communicate anything more.
Reawakening[]
Sixty years later, Ren is brought in to awaken Eublon. Ren had informed him of Adam's betrayal and the activities of Xaviax. When Xaviax makes his move, he reassigns the Siren Deck to Maya to help Ren hold off Xaviax while Eublon retrieves the riders in the Advent Void. He manages to bring Torque, Strike, and Axe from Ventara and explains the current situation with Ren. He gives them a flash drive to upload the virus to the target system of Xaviax's teleportation transmitter. This can be undone later, and they will all be needed to retrieve the people of Ventara. Eublon returns to the Advent Void to retrieve the other riders, including Case and Kit. Once he gets them out of the Advent Void, he gives Kit the Onyx Deck to help Ren, Chance, and Price. After returning to Nomen's base, he starts repairing the lock to make it fully functional, and sensing that Maya is in danger, he sends Kit to help.
When he notices Kit and Adam fighting, he interrupts the fight to hear Adam's side of things and to stop Kit from giving in to his anger. He takes Adam back to the base to listen, but the other riders won't listen. Ren leaves the base, but Eublon follows him and succeeds in getting the other riders to trust Adam a little. He goes to search for another transmitter in Africa with Price and Hunt. However, they have a hard time searching for it. After being ambushed by a monster, the three riders retreat as Hunt is injured. Returning to the base, Eublon begins to treat Hunt.
While meditating, Eublon is chased by Kit and Maya and asked about the origin of Kamen Riders. He explains that he is also from Karsh, just like Xaviax, and talks about the history of their planet and the birth of Kamen Riders. Eublon adds that if Xaviax wins, it will be his fault, since he invented the teleportation transmitter.
Eublon then discovers the reactivated transmitter. When Adam and Len return, Adam tells everyone what happened to him, and Eublon explains that he would never do such a thing. Kit realizes that it was Xaviax, who had disguised himself as Eublon to get Adam to betray the Riders. This time it was of Adam's free will. He sends the Riders to Xaviax's base with Trent and Maya, handing them each a Link Vent Card. When this is used by all 13 Kamen Riders, all 13 Final Vents will combine and be unleashed as one devastating attack. When the Riders destroy the shield generator, Eublon manages to stop him just before Xaviax activates the transmitter. The evil general accuses the Advent Masters of "abandoning their people" with Karsh, but Eublon justifies it by saying that Xaviax destroyed their planet in the war, so he cannot let the same thing happen to another planet. He also adds that although humanity's time in existence is over, humanity still has a chance to survive. Xaviax becomes even more angry at this and says that Karsh and his people are superior to everyone else and that they will not let anyone, including Eublon, wipe out their race. This leads to a fight between the two, in which Xaviax gets the upper hand. Eublon is then saved by the two Dragon Riders, who, along with Ren and Case, distract Xaviax long enough to bring the remaining six riders back from the Advent Void. Soon, all thirteen Kamen Riders use the Link Vent and completely destroy Xaviax. Eublon states that their work is far from over and, together with the other riders, they succeed in bringing back the people of Ventara.
In the epilogue, he rescues all the other Earth Riders and erases their memories of being Riders. He cures Chris' asthma, supposedly clears Brad's cheating scandal, and rescues Vic from his coma. He also separates Adam from his Dragon Knight Deck and retires him, handing him over to Kit, who officially became Kamen Rider Dragon Knight. He uses his skills to continue to help rebuild Ventara and continue to aid the Kamen Riders from further evil that may threaten Ventara and the Earth.
