Ember is a playable character on the 2D platform fighter online video game Brawlhalla. She's a trained and professional archer with her bow and arrow and the daughter of Fangwild.
History[]
No mortal has ever seen the heart of Fangwild Forest. The magic is too dark and the danger is too deep. They are not elves living on the edge of the Fangwild. Not some adventurer or fool who braves the woods in search of a path to another universe. They are not ghouls or beasts drawn to you by a magical call. There are no mortals other than Ember.
For thousands of years, Ember has followed the ever-changing paths of the Fangwild. Along with the wolf Ash and the raven Yara, she defended Fangwild from itself and the Boundary World from the Eerie Forest. She fought the Primordial named Gnash, befriends a lonely minotaur named Teros and rescued an enraged viking, Bödvar, who was lost in the depths of Fangwild's mind. She rode on Ragnir's back through the maelstrom at the heart of the forest. In ancient times, before Valhalla, Fangwild's borders extended to Asgard. Ember walked with the first warriors among the giant trees that formed their rafters.
Now, in the midst of her afterlife glory in Valhalla, Ember's heart is fixed on Fangwild, who mourns for her daughter. Ember's departure to Valhalla drove Fangwild into madness. Its tortuous and impassable wilderness threatens to spread over the many territories it touches. Ember knows that there is both a path to Valhalla and a path to Valhalla. She fights in a tournament, hoping that if she wins, she will be able to find her way home and set her forest home right.
