Charlie Duncan is the titular character of the Disney tv series Good Luck Charlie. She is the second youngest child of the Duncan family, originally the youngest until it was revealed that her mother Amy was pregnant. She was born three weeks before she was due. Her sister, PJ, wants her to grow up to be a good girl, so she has made a vidio camera diary to lecture her as she grows up. Charlie was played by Mia Talerico.
