Cecil Stedman is a supporting character both of the Invincible TV series and Image Comics series. He is the leader of the Global Defense Agency aimed at protecting the earth from dangerous threats. With the death of Guardians of the Globe, Cecil Steadman suspects Omni-Man killed them. Cecil Steadman ordered Robot to create a new team of Guardians of the Globe, for the death of the former Guardians of the Globe.
