Heroes who befriend and even protect children, unborn or not, which is considered among the greatest act of heroism. This is the opposite of Would Hurt a Child.

Heroes who are nice to/protect children over the 13 age above do not qualify.

This category only applies to adults or teenagers. Children themselves would not qualify under this category.
