Genderless

Protagonists whose real genders are unknown or can't be classified into normal genders. This may apply to alien creatures who do no follow more familiar male/female assignments, life-forms simply without a gender - such as sentient robots, hermaphrodites - with both male and female definitions, or transgender characters, who were born one gender, but altered to the other over-the-course of the narrative.

• (Note that this status applies for most/all of the constructed narrative, and gender-flip episodes, momentary transformations, and body-swap events do not innately make a character Genderless.)

• (Additionally, if a character was born one gender but transformed and remained as the other for the entire narrative, with their previous gender just as a back-ground note, the character is not Genderless and is whatever their current gender is at the time of the story.)
