Caspain is a playable character and the anti-hero/anti-villain on the 2D platform fighter online video game Brawlhalla. He brings years of experience in subterfuge, illusion, and evasion of capture, adding a mixture of deception and showmanship to the grand tournament.
History[]
The Mad King of Batavia was a demanding father whose madness honed his son into the greatest thief of all time. "Steal the scepter of Hamburg, the nose of the Sphinx, and the beard of the Emperor of China!" his father fusses, and Caspian rescues them all.
But his father's reign went from capricious to nefarious, and when Diana and Jhala intervened, the young prince quietly disappeared.
The Great Caspian's showmanship and thirst for danger only grew on his own. His theatrical robberies were more likely to praise his targets than call the police. He replaced the Mona Lisa with a portrait of himself with an enigmatic smile. He actually stole the British crown with one hand tied behind his back. The citizens of Kiev woke up one morning and realized that he had somehow stolen the entire city and was now the mayor in every legal way.
Encouraged by the crowd's cheers, Caspian stepped up his play. He played Admiral Nelson and won the Battle of Trafalgar. He won the Kentucky Derby dressed as a horse. He decided to take time for himself and August 32nd never came again.
Even in Valhalla, he did not let up on his theft. He disguised himself as Vraxx throughout the tournament and it was a tournament that Vraxx was participating in. He stole Thatch's beard and replaced it with a bee. He stole Cross's coin and immediately returned it. There is no doubt that the Grand Tournament is his stage now and he is here to put on a show for them.
