Bruce Wayne, also known as Batman is the titular main protagonist of The Dark Knight Trilogy by Christopher Nolan. He was portrayed by Christian Bale, who also portrayed Patrick Bateman in American Psycho, Trevor Reznik in The Machinist and John Connor in Terminator Salvation.
