Augus

Augus is a demigod of the Seven Gods and Asura's former friend and master. His mantra affinity is greed. He was once one of the Eight Great Guardians, the Guardian of Greed, and served the Divine Army and the Emperor in fighting against Gohma.

He is the one of the antagonists and the anti-hero/anti-villain in Asura's Wrath. His life is driven solely by the need to satisfy his vices: good food, fine wine, beautiful women, and his true passion: fighting. Augus doesn't care about good or evil, and fights only for the thrill.

He didn't believe in Deus' purpose, and only stood by him to continue enjoying the pleasures of life. His ultimate desire was to fight Asura, who was exactly like him and whom he believed to be the only person who could truly understand him. Unable to understand the greater reason Asura was fighting, Augus met his fate after an epic clash, dying proud that his disciple had grown.
