Anisphia Wynn Palettia

Anisphia Wynn Palettia, known as Princess Peculiar or nicknamed Anis, is the main protagonist of the light novel series The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady.

Appearance

Anisphia is a green-eyed young lady of medium length, platinum-gold hair and slightly below average height. She is also known to have a rather large bust. As for clothing, she wears a personalized dress consisting of a white shirt and jacket, with a pinkish red skirt and similarly white knee socks. Tie her hair with a ribbon.

Following the two-year time-skip between volumes 4 and 5, Anisphia has been noted to have grown a bit taller, but is still below average. She has noticed that her breasts have grown significantly.

Personality

As Princess Peculiar, she does whatever she pleases regardless of her royal title. This is partly derived from the memories of her previous life on Earth, bringing 21st century modern values to the new medieval world. As a result, she finds royal etiquette a hassle and wants to avoid it whenever possible. Anisphia, on the other hand, is incredibly sociable when she can openly share her feelings and crack jokes. She is highly perceptive and can deduce any situation from her slightest clue.

Another part of her quirkiness comes from her deep love for magic, and she admits to being obsessed with it. Even after Anisphia discovered she had no magical talent, she never cursed it, instead advocating "magic science" or "magicology" for short, inventing a field of magic she could use. To this end, she experimented endlessly, never giving up, and never letting others' suspicions about her research influence her. and once again completely ignored the throne.

Anisphia is also an out-of-the-closet lesbian, and while she says that's why she doesn't want to have children, she's never really been romantically involved with the opposite sex because she wants to focus on her studies. However, while she didn't carve words for girls she thought were "cute", she didn't find women more than superficial in their attraction. She opened up to Euphyllia about it, and then "fell head over heels for her" after Euphyllia accepted her.

In her struggle to settle the issue over her throne, she confided her feelings to Euphyllia. After Euphyllia's accession to the throne, she took a break, and after that she worked behind the scenes at the newly formed Ministry of Magic, assisting the newcomers.

After awakening her memories of her previous life, Anisphia confessed to Euphie that she feared being a "fake" who erased the existence of the real Anisphia from her parents. In order to be fully acceptable, Euphie's assurance that she is "real" is required.

History

Anisphia was born a "Traveler". That is, her soul was born from another world. When she was five years old, she suddenly recalled memories of her previous life and she realized that she was her reincarnated person.

She dreamed of using magic, but despite having enormous magical power, she was unable to do so because she didn't have the proper attributes. She advocated the science of scientifically elucidating magic, and since then she has developed various magic tools based on this theory.

Powers & Abilities

Anisphia has no aptitude attributes, not even mana. However, her will and determination to magic never stop her from pursuing her passion for the deepest truths of magic, dedicated to conducting experiments and research to acquire her own attributes. So she hunts monsters for raw materials. She trains herself how to hold her weapon. She is therefore able to anticipate and instantly identify her "personal best course of action" during combat, she can almost predict the oncoming ballistics, thus avoiding gun and magic attacks.

Moreover, her raw talent for being able to understand a situation from its observation or fundamental point of view by reasoning on the study of logic. But what Anisphia was using was a sense of the basic process of seeing what was going on and figuring out more of the situation, and exclusion already had logical reasoning and was widely applied. The induction method has reached a realm that only Anisphia can see.

Anisphia can make good strategies. She sees things from a broad perspective, such as diplomacy and logistics, and decides on victory to prevent battles from happening.

After defeating an S-rank dragon, Anisphia was given her curse by the dragon. The curse given to Anisphia by the dragon will one day turn her into a dragon. Part of this curse is the prohibition against magic, knowledge and the secret of the world itself.

Equipment

• Magic Potion: A pill made by crushing enhancement magic stones. This potion functions as a physical enhancement spell. When taken, there are side effects (fatigue, personality changes, muscle spasms). After they succeed in creating a potion, they stabilize the curse of the dragon thanks to Tilty, Anisphia is able to harness the power of the potion (dragon) that it produces within her body.

• Witch Houki: A custom-made magical broom created by Anisphia that can control aspects of wind flow and flight magic 740-930 km/h. A spirit stone monster classified as A-rank resides here. The spirit stone contained in it is a container of magical power, and the magical power becomes the fuel for activating the magical power contained in the magic broom.

• Mana Shield: A magical tool created by Anisphia, with an embedded spirit stone that can block fire magic, ice magic, physical attacks, and even projectiles.

• Cloak: A watch made by Anisphia that is resistant to heat and cold.

• Mana Blade: A magical tool that uses magical energy to create blades, said to be able to cut through anything physically and magically. Although shaped like a dagger, the actual sword emits magical energy. With magical powers, you can increase the size and length of your sword. It contains an A-rank spirit stone and contains a lot of magical power. When she raises her sword, she flashes a blue glow at her opponents, rushing in like a tidal wave intended simply to destroy, releasing some of the stored magical power. The mana blade is equipped with a limiter. It's like a circuit breaker that stops the flow if too much magic power flows. However, when Anisphia fights an S-rank dragon, the sword breaks. Only this version was successfully mass-produced, thanks to Emperor Luke Heim. The second version is the most durable, double strength version made from dragon material. It can recover more magical power than the first version. Mana Blade is able to release all accumulated magical power thanks to the dragon magician he gave to Anisphia.

• Air Bike: A flying magic tool officially mass-produced with the help of a commoner engineer, it is similar to the "bike" that Anisphia learned in her previous life. Considering the materials and labor for mass production, we assume that only one person will ride. Even so, the motorcycle-type flying magic tool was able to deliver the voices of various places faster than the previous work.

• Mana Wings: A form of flying magic that contains spirit stones, with sky-blue wings that spread at an accelerated pace. Flying magic equipment has a safety device when landing, a buoyancy effect, and a mechanism similar to flight that reduces the speed to the ground at once.

• According to Lumielle, Anisphia's ability to regain her memories of her previous life is unique to her, unlike any other Traveler.
• The story of Anisphia's succession to her throne is similar to that of her father when he was young. Neither wanted it, but was obliged after their brother was no longer capable.
• The difference is that her father went through with it, where as Anisphia was given an out in the form of Euphyllia gaining her royal status after completing her spirit contract. .
• Her first name in Anisphia is sometimes misinterpreted as "Anne-Sophia" by her fans before the official explanation by Yen Press.
• Some fans have come to the erroneous assumption that Anisphia was male in a previous life, but author Piero Callas denied that.
