Angus O'Shaughnessey is the supporting character of Netflix/Nickelodeon's 35th non-theatrical feature film The Loud House Movie.
He is voiced by David Tennant who also voices Scrooge McDuck from 2017 reboot DuckTales, Angus from Ferdinand, and Fugitoid from 2012 TMNT series.
Biography[]
Angus was the groundskeeper of Castle Loud. He informs the Louds that their ancestors were once the rulers of the small town of Loch Loud and guides them to their ancestral castle since they go to Scotland as their vacation for a week. While the Louds bask in their new royalty status, he dedicates himself to being Lincoln's right-hand man when he is crowned as the new Duke of Loch Loud.
After Morag frames Lincoln for destroying the town during a dragon ride, Lincoln abdicates the throne to Angus as the Louds leave Loch Loud. When Morag is crowned as the Duchess of Loch Loud, he is horrified of her true nature while Morag orders a brainwashed Lela to attack everyone, causing them to evacuate Loch Loud. As the Loud kids return to Loch Loud which warned by the spirit, Lucille, Angus helps them out to defeat Morag. Having realized his real role in the family, Lincoln crowns Angus as the Duke of Loch Loud with the help of their ancestors.
Personality[]
Angus is a kind and caring person who takes care of the people of Loch Loud. He has shown to be cheering and welcoming to Lincoln and his family since they visit Loch Loud for a week. When things go wrong for Lincoln, Angus is mostly optimistic about him putting things right for them. He is also shown to be modest and demonstrated after Lincoln admits that he want to be special.
Appearance[]
Angus is a Scottish man who has olive brown hair that comes down to his ears, a bushy mustache and thick dark eyebrows. He wears an oliver vest over a striped long-sleeve with a neck cuff, a pouch on his front, a plaid kilt, knee-high socks and brown low-heeled shoes.
